Minimum Eligibility Requirements
In order to be eligible to apply for Dallas Teacher Residency and to be considered for acceptance into the Texas A&M University – Commerce graduate school, an individual must meet the below minimum requirements:
- Hold a bachelor’s degree by the start of the program year for which you are applying
- Be a U.S. citizen, national, or permanent resident
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check
- Have a minimum of a 3.0 GPA from their undergraduate institution (strongly encouraged)
